At present, Placester supports only one IDX feed per site. For us, that means you'll have to choose between FMLS and Georgia MLS.

NOTE: You must configure the IDX on your Placester site AND choose one of the MLS feeds listed below. Doing only half of the process will result in no IDX feed on your site.

To configure IDX to your Placester site:
1. While logged in to your Placester admin page, hover Site Settings and click on IDX Integration.
2. Click Request a new integration
3. Select Georgia from the drop-down list, then select either First Multiple Listing Service, Inc. OR Georgia Multiple Listing Service. Click Next.
4. Enter your email address and phone number exactly as they are on file with the selected MLS provider. For Office Name, enter Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta, then click Next.
5. Enter your Agent ID (your login), and for Broker Email, enter klrw305@kw.com, then click Next.

To choose FMLS for your IDX provider:
1. Go to FMLS.com and log in.
2. Check your Roster entry FIRST to make sure everything is correct, by hovering over My FMLS and clicking Edit My Roster. If your roster entry is incomplete, you will not be able to submit your elections in the next step. If it is incorrect, you risk not being set up correctly the first time. If you make changes, you will need to wait 15 minutes before proceeding to ensure the data fills in correctly. Once verified, return to the FMLS Member Navigation page.
2. Hover Broker Tools and click FMLSWeb.
3. Click FMLSWeb Agent Elections
4. Verify your information and select the bubble next to the option beginning with "I elect to use an 'FMLSweb Approved Data Vendor'...", then click Update Agent Status.
5. Read through the Terms & Conditions and click I accept the above terms and conditions.
6. Scroll down until you find "Placester, Inc." and tick the bubble beside it. Scroll to the bottom and click Choose Election.
If you've configured your IDX above, you're done. FMLS sends an email to Placester, who will then configure your site as necessary.
