Creating a custom Realist Export grid

When farming or researching sales in Realist, you can set the export spreadsheet to show the fields you want in the order you need. To do so, go into Realist and do any basic search (street name, your own property, etc.). From the bottom bar, click Export, then Customize. In the pop-up window, the fields are separated by type in the left column. Click Show All to see all available fields. Be sure the box next to the following fields are checked.
NOTE: It is recommended that you check new fields in the following order, however the fields can easily be rearranged by dragging and dropping them into the order you want.

For basic farming (Brian Crawford's search criteria):
• Owner First Name
• Owner Last Name
• Tax Billing Address
• Tax Billing City
• Tax Billing State
• Tax Billing ZIP
• Last Mkt Sale Price
• RealAVM
• RealAVM Range

For uploading into your CRM
If you would like to include property information, you may also want to add some of the following attributes:
• Mail Owner Name (formatted for mailings, as it include both owners, such as "John and Jane Doe," however Owner #2 is excluded if their last names are different)
• Owner Name (shows the name as LastName FirstName MiddleName)
• Owner Name 2 (shows the name as LastName FirstName MiddleName)
• Standardized House Number
• Pre-Direction
• Street Name
• Street Suffix
• Post-Direction
• Unit #
• Property City
• State
• ZIP Code
• Owner Occupied (identifies properties where the tax mailings are sent to a different address than the property address - use to identify renters, and segment them out in your mailings, if you desire)
• Tax Billing Address
• Tax Billing City
• Tax Billing State
• Tax Billing ZIP
• Bldg Sq Ft
• Annual Tax (can be used to identify homestead exemptions, including those for seniors and low-income owners)
• RealAVM (shows an approximate home value, based on a computerized valuation model - similar to a Zestimate)
• RealAVM Range
• Confidence score (identifies how accurate the model may be, based on a score of 60-100%)
• Last Market Sale Price (when contrasted to the RealAVM, shows approximate equity the owner holds)
• Settle Date (can be used to identify when an off-market sale took place)
• Last Mkt Rec Date
• MLS Status (helps identify homes currently listed or under contract with an agent)

Saving the Attribute Set
Once you have the attributes you want to download listed in the order you desire, click Save Export at the bottom of the page. In the box that appears, give the attribute list a name (such as Farm), and click Save. To update the fields in a saved export, configure the desired attributes, click Save Export, choose the outdated export from the drop-down list, and click Save.

TIP: If the name field is empty in the exported property records, the property is owned by a corporation. If the Tax Billing Address fields are empty, the owner is on the "Do Not Mail" list.

Once the export is completed, you may need to edit the fields in the spreadsheet. See Excel.KWAgent.help for tips on editing spreadsheets.

Re: Creating a custom Realist Export grid

Hi

There is no easy way to subclass since both the grid control and the header are child windows.
Use EnumChildWindows to get the child windows and then subclass them.

Re: Creating a custom Realist Export grid

I am not following. I had copied a number of stencils into a custom group, but I am not sure what mean about renaming a file for the stencil.
