I recommend you use three passwords (no more, no less)
1. A Business password: Select one password for all of your business sites, such as FMLS, GaMLS, KW, etc.
2. A Personal password: Use a separate password for all sites you access for personal needs, such as your doctor's office, your bank, your travel sites, etc.
3. A Generic password: Use a generic password for any site / service / app that you may not trust with your information. I also recommend using a generic password for retail sites, such as Target, Best Buy, etc. A generic password that will meet all sites where you would want to use it consists of the first four letters of the site/app (with the first capitalized) and 4 constant numbers. Do not use 0000, 1111, 1234, or other easily-guessed sequence of numbers, or a sequence that would give a hacker insight into a more sensitive set of numbers, such as the last 4 digits of your social security number.
(For example: (replace the 0's with your set of numbers) At Wal-Mart, your password would be Walm0000, at Royal Caribbean use Roya0000, at Pizza Hut use Pizz0000, etc.)
