The most common reason an agent's profile doesn't show up when someone searches KW.com is because the agent has set their profile not to show up on KW.com. To correct this:
Log in to MyKW, and click on "Profile" beside your picture in the top left portion of the webpage. Click [edit] in the "Other / My Referrals" column. Near the bottom of the profile, you'll see "Display Profile on kw.com:" Make sure this is set to "Yes."
