KW email operates on the Gmail platform. To change how your name appears when sending an email:
1. Go to your Gmail account and click on Settings.
2. Click on the "Accounts" tab
3. How your name appears is listed beside "Send mail as:" 
4. To change, click "edit info" to the right of this field,
5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the name you wish to display in the blank space. Be sure the radio button is ticked beside the desired name
6. Click "Save Changes."
