Setting up a custom view in FMLS will help you in situations like when you're listing property and want to check what schools and amenities similar properties show, or when trying to determine what agents have market share in certain areas. To set up a custom view:
1. Log in to FMLS, hover My Matrix and click Settings.
2. Click Custom Displays.
3. Click Add in the right-hand column.
4. Give your custom view a Display Name, such as "Listing Prep" or "Agent Check."
5. Select the fields you wish to add to your view, preferably in the order you want them displayed (although you can edit the order later).
• For a Listing Prep view, I recommend:
• Address
• Elementary School
• Middle School
• High School
• Subd/Complex
• Annual Assoc Fee
• Annual Master Assoc Fee
• Annual Master Assoc Fee Desc
• Assessment Due/Contemplated
• Assoc Fee Desc
• Assoc Fee Includes
• Monthly Assoc Fee
• Swim/Tennis Fee
• Swim/Tennis Fee Due
• Initiation Fee
• Management
• Management Company
• Management Company Email
• Management Phone
• Neighborhood Amenities
• For an Agent Check view, I recommend:
• Address
• Listing Agent Name
• Co-Listing Agent Name
• Listing Office Name
• Selling Agent Full Name
• Selling Office Name
• Entry Date
• Closing Date
• Expiration Date
• Days on Market
• Total Days on Market
• Original List Price
• Sales Price
• SP/OLP% (There are two, choose the second one)
6. Save the view by clicking Save at the bottom of the Add/Edit page, then exit Manage Custom Displays by either clicking Done at the bottom of the page or by clicking on the type of Search you want to run.
When performing a search, the default view is the Agent Single Line view, as selected in the drop-down box of the Results page. To change to your Custom View, simply select the desired view from the drop-down list. You can export the view to a spreadsheet by clicking All and then Export, or you can sort the view within Matrix to spot recurring items. For example, by clicking on Listing Agent Name in the header of your view, you can scroll through and see agents who have had multiple listings in an area. By clicking Selling Agent Full Name, you can see what agents sell homes in the desired area.

the website looks good because the images are good, but... there are few problems I found with the front end. PM me and I can run over them.
