If your listings are not showing up in eEdge, the most likely problem is that your MLS information is missing from your eEdge profile. To correct this,
1. Log in to myKW.kw.com
2. Click on the + beside "myMarketing" in the eEdge Control Panel.
3. Click on Manage eEdge Website
4. From the left-hand column, select My Account, then MLS Administration. If you do not see First MLS and Georgia Area MLS both listed and in the status of "Approved," you will need to add them by clicking Start MLS Application.
5. From the left-hand column, select Settings
6. Scroll down until you see the header "Agent MLS ID." If you do not have both First MLS and Georgia Area MLS listed with your correct MLS ID shown beside each, you've found the problem! Click Add Agent MLS ID, select the appropriate MLS, and enter your ID. Save and repeat for the other MLS.
