Note: Your name and contact information exists in three separate places, labeled below as (1), (2), and (3). Be sure to check all three.
Log in to MyKW, and click on "Profile" beside your picture in the top left portion of the webpage. The first 3 columns are:
• My KW Info / Whitepages - This is the main portion of your Agent Profile and your Whitepages entry as they appear in the "Associate Information" search. For simplicity, skip this part and go to "Other / My Referrals" below.
• My Leads / _____.YourKWagent.com - (1) This is how your information appears on your eAgentC website (and may be copied from your Whitepages entry if you desire). Click [edit] to edit this information
• Other / My Referrals - (2) This is the information as it appears in the "Referral Directory" search AND the Whitepages shown in the "My KW Info" above. Click [edit] to edit information here. This is your primary source of information in the Keller Williams system.
The third place your name & contact information appears is in the eEdge website administration panel (3). To edit this information, contact the '+' beside "myMarketing" in the eEdge Control Panel, and choose "Manage eEdge Website" from the dropdown menu. Click the "My Account" tab from the options shown, and it will default to the "Settings" portion of your account, which contains most of your information. Click "edit" at the top of the page to edit your information on this panel. You can also edit the Market Center name and address, as well as your phone number, fax, affiliations, and default timezone in the "General Info" section. "Activity Alerts" dictates the settings for when and where you are notified for various alerts, "MLS Administration" is where you identify your FMLS and GaMLS login information, and "Orders" & "Billing and Shipping" contain information on any printed marketing you've ordered through the system.
