How to create a loop in 4 easy steps

1. Log in to MyKW.kw.com
2. Click on “Messages” under myTransactions.
3. Click on the “+” symbol to start a new loop, then name your loop.
4. Once your loop is created, it’s time to add your documents. Click “Add Document” and there are 3 ways to add documents:
• Computer – PDF files you have saved on your computer (including thumb drives, etc.). To add here, open the directory where your files exist, select them, and drag them anywhere in the area with blue hatch lines –OR– click the word “Computer” and upload them the way you would upload a file on any website or service by browsing your computer for the files.
• Templates – Contracts and forms available in DotLoop from GAR, FMLS, KWRMA, etc. This is the best practice, as the contracts and forms can be edited here and shared, and fields are already pre-formatted for the information & signatures you need. Everything you need for your loop can be accessed in the templates available here.
• Email – Yes, you can email files from anywhere right into your loop! Simply click on “Email” and a unique, customized email address will show on your screen AND be simultaneously copied to your computer’s clipboard so you can paste it directly into your email program. This email address can also be shared with your clients and other vendors (such as your home inspector or lender) so they can add reports, pre-approval letters, etc. directly into your loop.

Congratulations – You’re done!

(Reminder: Before you submit a Greensheet, you MUST have created a loop that corresponds to it.)

The best way to build a dedicated audience for any blog is to carefully and clearly define its target audience right from the start, and then create content that caters to that audience.
